Cerione’s Italian Cafe

Located in the heart of the the North Beach Resort District, Cerione’s is a perfect stop for quick, delicious Italian cuisine. Choose from fresh-air sidewalk or cozy indoor seating. Don’t let the small storefront ambience fool you.
The rustic food is delicious and the service is friendly, attentive and prompt. The pristine surroundings (including clean bathrooms) and soft eclectic music make up for the aesthetic shortcomings. And don’t leave without tasting the homemade tiramisu– it’s the creamiest we’ve tasted on Miami Beach.

Best, most delicious food on the street! Totally home made dishes and the BEST Tiramisu I’ve ever tasted!

Best deserts I’ve had in a long time. I couldn’t choose between the Tiramisu and the Creme Brule…so I got both, and they were delicious. The service was great and contrary to what Rick Tuttle said above, I think the ambience and aesthetics were very charming.

We felt at home at Cerione’s and we hope we were not misunderstood regarding the ambience.
